This policy explains what happens to the data you leave on tsatsatayka.com, mainly when you send us an inquiry. The operator is based in Serbia and applies the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette RS No. 87/2018) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we receive
- Inquiries through the contact form: name, email address, phone, company name, website address, estimated budget, subject and message. Only the fields the form marks as required are mandatory. The sender's IP address is recorded to protect against spam.
- Correspondence: whatever you send us by email, including attachments.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser type and time of access, recorded automatically by the server.
The website has no user accounts, comments or online payments. We do not ask for special categories of personal data.
Why we use it
- to answer your inquiry and prepare the quote you asked for (steps prior to entering into a contract);
- to perform the contract if we start working together;
- to protect the website and the form against abuse (legitimate interest);
- to meet legal obligations, for example regarding invoices.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who else has access
The website and email run on the servers of a hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf and only to provide that service. We disclose data to public authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep data
- inquiries that do not lead to cooperation: no longer than 12 months after receipt;
- correspondence with clients: during and after the cooperation, as long as needed to protect rights and meet legal obligations;
- server logs: according to the hosting provider's rules.
Security
The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and only the controller's authorized person can access received inquiries. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data and a copy of it, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to abc@tsatsatayka.com or through the contact page; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
You can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade (poverenik.rs), or, if you are in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country.
